I offer 4 levels of testing. All include both indoor and outdoor testing.

  1. Binary yes/no test of if the environment is harmonious or not, and if there is significant mold. $5
  2. Binary yes/no test of environmental harmony. Takes a general look for presence of significant mold plus other issues like EMFs, chemicals, heavy metals, etc. $20
  3. Test of environmental harmony + detailed breakdown of specific types of environmental toxins, including specific mycotoxins, chemicals, etc. $35
  4. Test of environmental harmony, detailed breakdown of toxin types, + detailed analysis of allergens and energetic issues in the home. $50. 

The price is the same for testing buildings vs vehicles vs objects.

How do I get started?

Please send all inquiry and requests to thrive@homeharmonytest.com

If you wish to have your current home evaluated, please upload photos to something like a Google Drive folder, Dropbox folder, or something similar and email the folder to thrive@homeharmonytest.com. Otherwise my inbox space fills up extremely fast. Please include at least one photo showing each room/area of the indoors, and some photos of the outdoors. 

If you are looking for new housing or for temporary rentals, please email me links to buildings you’d like tested (websites like Zillow, AirBNB, etc.). For hotels please send a Google Maps link.

If you are looking for a new vehicle, please email me dealer/listing links, or photos in a shared folder. 

If you are looking to have objects tested, please email retailer links or photos in a shared folder. For retailer links it is ideal if there are review photos posted by real customers, rather than just stock photos. 

How many listings should I send?

On average, I find 10-20% of buildings are worthy options for people with environmental sensitivities, though this varies by region. If you need to act urgently on potential housing options, I recommend sending 10-20 places at the same time for level 1 testing to increase your chances of finding a potentially good place from the start.

When will I hear back?

I do my best to get to requests sent during the weekday within 3 business days. However please allow until the end of Sunday that week for a response as I also work a full-time job. 

If you need results expedited (within 24 hours), this will cost a fee of 50% of the total base testing cost. Please put ‘Time Sensitive’ or ‘Urgent’ as the start of the email title if requesting this.
